"Staffy puppies" come in a large variety of colors including, brindle, red, fawn, white, blue, or any combination of these colors. There are different terms for the coloration pattern on these dogs as well. White staffy dogs with any color over or around an eye is called piebald, or pied. Skewbald is white with red patches. The coat is short haired, and smooth that clings to the body giving the dog a areodynamic look.
The Staffordshire Bull Terrier temperament is considered the best out of all bull terrier breeds. They have a high level of courage, high intelligence, and also a high tenacity. They are very affectionate toward all things, specially children. It has been said that there is not other breed that is more loving with its family. Even though this breed is muscular in build and looks intimidating at times, it is not considered to be a good guard dog because of its fondness of humans. Southampton University said in 1996 that the Staffordshire Bull Terrier was in the top 10 breeds most suitable for families with children.

Staffy dogs do have some health problems, just like any other dog they can be susceptible to cataracts, hip dysplasia and some breathing problems. They are also know to be at risk for melanoma because of their short hair. They tend to get it mostly on their belly's because they like sun bathing on there backs. They also can have problems with something called "double eyelash" it's where some eyelashes are misdirected and curl into the eye rubbing the cornea, this causes ocular surface damage.
Staffy dogs are generally great dogs, they are a very loving breed of dog, also very loyal. They are easy to groom because of their short coats. They are very smart which make them really easy to train. They are overall a great dog for any type of family. Ive brought a Staff pup, and hes 6 weeks old... he's doing great, going outside for the toilet and he's very fond of his bed.
Im trying to get him onto water rather than just milk because hes not eating his dry biscuit foot... is there any quick an easy ways to swap his fluids?
